Key Responsibilities
. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (social media, email, video, etc.).
. Manage and grow social media presence in various key markets through content planning, posting, community engagement, and monthly performance reporting.
. Create engaging short- and long-form video content tailored for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
. Design ad-hoc visual content to support marketing and operational needs.
. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity.
. Engage and maintain relationships with KOLs/influencers to expand campaign reach.
. Organize marketing events, including public/corporate health talks, roadshows, exhibitions, conferences, and fundraisers.
. Maintain Google Business Reviews and respond to feedback appropriately.
. Oversee website content updates, reporting, and SEO actions.
. Stay up to date on social media trends, video content strategies, and AI tools.
. Support other ad-hoc marketing tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
. Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
. Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media and content creation.
. Portfolio showcasing video content creation is preferred.
. Familiar with influencer/KOL outreach strategies and relevant tools.
. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
. Creative, proactive, and results-oriented and a strong team player.
. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
. Candidates are expected to take part in the sports fundraising event or other marketing campaigns.
. Prior experience in healthcare marketing is an added advantage.
