Digital Marketing Executive

Overall job objective:

Responsible for the execution and drive the brand's marketing, communication and content strategies integrated into digital marketing activities and investments with a focus on share of brand's voice and leads generation.

Core duties:

• Create & monitor content for several platforms at all time
• Provide strategy on delivering content to the right audience on the right channels. (Facebook / Instagram / Google / TikTok)
• Follow brand guidelines to execute a wide variety of activities that involve branding, advertising, social media, partnerships, etc.
• Create and design promotional material including posters, brochures, advertisements and other types of print and online media
• Plan and develop integrated marketing strategies to increase lead generation and drive brand awareness, engagement and conversion. Frequently encompassing both digital and offline media.
• Brainstorm, plan strategies and execute innovative social media campaigns for multiple platforms according to brand guidelines
• Coordinate and assist in any photography or videography needed in the execution of marketing campaigns and social media content

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Communication Design or related discipline
• At least 1 -2 years experience in digital marketing
• Demonstrated strong teamwork with successful business partnering experience across cross-functional departments
• Exceptional and outstanding analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions
• Proven expertise in digital and programmatic marketing (e.g. Analytics, SEO/SEM, Social Media and creative design)
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom.
• Big pluses for Video editing knowledge / experience in Hubspot / SEO article writing
