You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's identity and fostering customer engagement across various channels. Lead or assist in marketing campaigns / project coordination, execution and launches. Generate creative ideas! Your passion for the art of marketing will drive the organization creative campaigns and promotional events (both online & offline), strengthening our reputation and facilitating continuous business growth.

Key Responsibilities

. Design F&B collateral, handling of social media graphic & digital marketing, both online and offline.

. Community management of social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram, etc. This includes responding to day-to-day queries, feedbacks and interactions with customer in a timely manner.

. Social media management - Plan, Design, Schedule and Publish posts to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.

. Content creation and copywriting for online and offline marketing.

. Work with a wide range of media, including photography and video editing

. Liaison opportunities with operations, vendors, suppliers, PRs on graphic print and marketing matters.

.Support internal PR initiatives and events (e.g., media tastings) by researching and identifying suitable KOLs and influencers aligned with brand positioning.

.Liaise and coordinate with KOLs/influencers on collaborations, deliverables, and campaign timelines.

.Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and brand communications for internal PR activations and testing.

.Monitor, track, and report on PR campaign performance and media coverage for internal PR activities.

.Coordinate and execute menu setup for new menu launches to support smooth operation

. Participate in any other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirement

. Proficient in Design - Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator

. Proficient in Video - Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro/ After Effects or any other video editing software

. Diploma in Graphic/Design/Visual/Marketing or equivalent

. Proficient in English copywriting will be needed. Korean is not a must.

. Creative, Detail Oriented, Self-motivated, Strong Team player and good interpersonal and communications skills

. Experience with platforms - Facebook, Instagram, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager preferred.
