Role Overview

CT Smart Home is seeking a creative and relationship-driven Marketing Executive to lead initiatives that strengthen our brand presence, expand our network of collaborators, and generate qualified project leads in the luxury design and build sector.

This role is key in developing marketing strategies, managing partnerships, and executing campaigns that drive business growth and elevate CT Smart Home's market positioning.

Key ResponsibilitiesPartnership & Collaboration

  • Identify and engage with potential partners such as developers, architects, interior designers, and premium product suppliers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships to create mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Support partnership agreements and campaigns that enhance brand visibility and business opportunities.

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Develop and execute marketing and outreach strategies to generate high-quality leads for residential and commercial design-build projects.
  • Leverage partnerships, digital platforms, and industry events to attract prospective clients.
  • Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into confirmed projects.

Branding, Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in design, construction, and smart home innovation.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to strengthen brand positioning and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

Event & Campaign Activation

  • Represent CT Smart Home at trade shows, networking sessions, and industry events.
  • Plan and execute marketing activations such as private previews, launch events, and client engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to maximize campaign impact and visibility.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing, partnerships, or client acquisition within the construction, design, or luxury lifestyle sectors.
  • Strong creativity, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for design, architecture, and smart living.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, lead tracking tools, and digital marketing platforms.
