We are seeking a driven Marketing Executive to lead corporate and B2B sales for our premium matcha sourced and Japanese Dessert. You will build and grow partnerships with cafs, restaurants, hotels, corporate gifting clients, distributors, and wellness/food manufacturers, driving revenue and brand presence across key markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to acquire and grow accounts in F&B, hospitality, corporate gifting, and retail/distribution
- Prospect, qualify, and manage the full sales cycle: outreach, product education, sampling, negotiation, closing, onboarding, and after-sales support
- Present product portfolio and brand story, highlighting origin, grade differentiation, flavor profiles, and use-cases (beverage, pastry, RTD, supplements)
- Coordinate sampling programs, barista/chef demos, and training for client teams
- Build quarterly pipelines and accurate forecasts track KPIs (leads, conversion, revenue, retention)
- Manage pricing tiers, quotations, and contracts support credit terms and order cadence planning
- Collaborate with marketing to create B2B materials: spec sheets, brew guides, application recipes, case studies, and digital assets
- Collect market feedback on quality, formats, and packaging inform product development and inventory planning
- Plan and execute trade shows, industry events, and partnerships
- Maintain CRM hygiene and deliver regular reports on account performance and opportunities
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales, preferably in F&B ingredients, specialty beverage, or hospitality supply
- Strong hunter mindset with consultative selling skills and a track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Clear communication and presentation skills comfortable with product demos and negotiations
- Organized, data-driven, and proficient with CRM tools and spreadsheets
- Familiarity with matcha/tea categories or specialty coffee/tea channels is a plus
- Ability to travel for client meetings, trainings, and events valid driver's license is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

- Understanding of Japanese tea grades, terroir, and processing
- Experience selling to manufacturers (R&D, procurement, co-packers) for bulk ingredients
