Bestone Food Industries (S) Pte Ltd is looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support our marketing, product positioning, market research, go-to-market, and sales enablement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering market insights, developing product messaging, creating marketing materials, supporting product launches, and working closely with internal teams to drive brand awareness, product visibility, and business growth.
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys both strategic planning and hands-on marketing execution. Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, food distribution, or consumer product marketing will be an added advantage but is not compulsory.
Gather and analyze market trends, customer feedback, competitor activities, and industry data.
Identify customer needs, market opportunities, and potential areas for product or campaign improvement.
Provide market insights to support product development, sales strategy, and marketing planning.
Define product unique selling points, value propositions, and key selling messages.
Develop clear and compelling product messaging for target customers and market segments.
Ensure consistent messaging across marketing materials, sales documents, website content, and promotional campaigns.
Assist in planning and executing go-to-market strategies for product launches and promotional activities.
Support pricing, packaging, partner activation, and campaign planning.
Coordinate launch activities with sales, product, operations, and management teams.
Create marketing materials such as product brochures, website copy, social media content, email campaigns, sales decks, and promotional collaterals.
Manage content distribution across relevant marketing channels, including social media, email, website, and partner platforms.
Ensure all content is aligned with company branding, product positioning, and business objectives.
Track and analyze product and marketing campaign performance.
Monitor key metrics such as customer engagement, market share, sales performance, profit margins, and campaign effectiveness.
Recommend improvements to marketing strategies based on data and performance insights.
Work closely with sales, product, operations, advertising, and management teams to ensure coordinated marketing execution.
Communicate product updates, campaign plans, and market insights to internal stakeholders.
Support cross-functional projects related to product marketing, brand development, and business growth.
Prepare sales support materials, product guides, presentations, FAQs, and training resources.
Support the sales team with product knowledge, competitor comparisons, and customer-facing content.
Help ensure the sales team is equipped to communicate product value effectively.
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Prior experience in marketing, product marketing, digital marketing, content creation, or campaign management is preferred.
Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, food distribution, or consumer product marketing will be an added advantage but is not compulsory.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of product positioning, customer needs, and market trends.
Able to create clear, engaging, and persuasive marketing content.
Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret market, product, and campaign data.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
Able to work well with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with social media marketing, email marketing, digital advertising, CRM, or analytics tools will be an advantage.
Knowledge of content marketing, campaign planning, and product launch execution.
Basic design skills using Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Ability to develop sales enablement materials and product marketing content.
Interest in food products, consumer trends, and FMCG market developments.
Monthly salary of SGD 3,500 - SGD 4,000.
Monday to Friday work schedule.
