Role Overview
Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales across lifestyle retail brands through integrated campaigns, digital content, events, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms and digital channels.
- Support in-store promotions, events, visual merchandising initiatives, and product launches.
- Manage marketing collateral, EDMs, social media assets, and product photoshoots.
- Liaise with shopping malls, agencies, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders to execute marketing campaigns and collaborations.
- Coordinate influencer partnerships, outreach activities, and brand collaborations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities.
- Prepare marketing copy, including social media captions, product descriptions, and promotional materials.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, including sales, engagement, and foot traffic metrics.
- Work closely with retail teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Support CRM activities and other ongoing marketing projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, multi-brand, or campaign marketing.
- Strong interest in fashion, lifestyle, or retail industries.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for trends, branding, and visual aesthetics.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms and content creation.
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
