We are looking for talented and enthusiastic crew members to build and manage our brand, implement a range of marketing campaigns to service members and continue our growth.

This role will provide you with exceptional training in all areas of marketing and operations.

If you have a love for sport and fitness and have a background in marketing or digital content creation, then this could be the role for you!

About the role

You will be responsible for building and managing the marketing campaigns of Ark Group gyms by strategizing and executing marketing strategies while focusing on a customer centric and engagements in both our online and offline platforms.

You will also need to enjoy working in a gym environment, have a friendly, outgoing personality, and genuinely care about helping others as well as be comfortable in front-facing situations.

You will be an Ark Crew member, with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

About you

Do you have the following experience and qualities

• Strategize and execute marketing strategies

• Monitor and evaluate effectiveness and performance of marketing campaigns

• Form and manage strategic partnerships with industry partners

• Develop and manage social influencer/partnership programs

• Generate original and engaging content on social media

• Create original content for press releases, monthly EDMs, media and advertising kits

• Passion for the industry and understand the importance of health and fitness

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and passion delivering excellence in customer service

• Exceptional at communicating, both written and verbal

• Highly organised and have a high level of attention to detail
