Job Summary
You will join the Global Marketing team at Cartus and be responsible for managing the implementation of marketing communications and events strategy in the APAC region. You will collaborate with APAC and Global Marketing teams to develop communications, marketing campaigns, and event content that drive engagement and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage the planning and execution of APAC events in alignment with the Global Marketing strategy to maximize brand visibility and client engagement
- Develop and produce client event and tradeshow communications, including promotional marketing materials, digital content, and video assets to support campaign objectives
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with partners and suppliers to ensure cost-effective logistics and adherence to budget
- Coordinate region-wide tradeshow events and sponsorships, collaborating with regional stakeholders to optimize event impact
- Support internal communications requests and contribute to ad hoc global marketing projects by liaising with relevant stakeholders
- Create engaging blogs and social media content to enhance digital marketing efforts and support product launch campaigns in the APAC region
- Utilize marketing tools to engage prospects and drive lead generation across the APAC market
Required competencies and certifications
- 1 - 3 years of marketing, communications, and events management experience
- Demonstrable event planning, organizational, and communication skills required
- Working knowledge of typical marketing technologies (Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel)
- Comfortable with contract negotiations with suppliers and partners
- Proficient in content creation including but not limited to blogs, whitepapers, social media content and videos
- Effectively Bilingual in written/spoken English and Mandarin
- Experience with designing software - Canva and Adobe is a plus
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 1 - 3 years experience in brand, digital marketing and events management
- Diploma/ Degree and/ or equivalent work experience
- Passion for focusing on the details, strong project management skills and highly organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with WeChat or other social platforms
