Advanced Flavors & Fragrances is a Singapore-headquartered flavor house serving food and beverage manufacturers across the Asia-Pacific region. With facilities in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Australia, we offer full in-house creation, analytical, application and manufacturing capabilities, developing flavors from concept through to commercial supply.

The Role

We are hiring a Marketing Executive to drive brand visibility and commercial growth across our regional markets. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll develop and execute marketing strategies that position Advanced Flavors & Fragrances as a leading flavor partner in the Asia-Pacific B2B landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across digital, print, and trade channels to build brand awareness and generate qualified leads
  • Manage the company's digital presence including website, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other relevant platforms
  • Create compelling content - case studies, technical briefs, product showcases, and corporate communications - that articulates our capabilities and value proposition
  • Plan and coordinate participation in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and events across the APAC region
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and positioning gaps in the flavor industry
  • Collaborate with the commercial and technical teams to develop sales collateral, presentations, and proposal materials
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, and media partners
  • Track and report on marketing performance metrics, campaign ROI, and brand engagement
  • Support new market entry initiatives with go-to-market planning and localized messaging

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in B2B, food ingredients, FMCG, or a related industry
  • Strong content creation skills with an eye for brand consistency
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms including social media management, email marketing, and basic analytics
  • Experience managing trade show logistics and event coordination
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office experience with design tools an advantage
