Assist in conceptualising, planning and executing marketing campaigns across retail, marketplaces, and digital platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and agencies on campaigns, content, social media, PR, and O2O activations.
Conduct market research, propose fresh ideas, and support retail promotions and digital launches.
Support paid media campaigns (Google & Meta), social media content, CRM/EDM, and website updates.
Manage campaign performance tracking, post-campaign reporting and analysis, and optimisation (including paid media, influencers, and affiliates) and make recommendations to enhance campaign performance.
Oversee daily marketplace operations: product listings, digital assets, sales performance, and shopfront updates.
Write/edit marketing copy and support creative briefs, visuals, and short-form video production.
Assist in retail activations, pop-ups, visual merchandising, and festive/major campaign support.
Stay updated on industry and social media trends to leverage for campaign improvements.
Handle ad hoc marketing duties when required.
Who we are looking for:
Possess a Diploma/Bachelor in Business/Marketing/Communications.
Possess at least 1 year of working experience and passion working in the beauty retail, eCommerce industry. Candidates who have recently graduated with marketing internship experience working with beauty brands will be considered.
Hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads experience.
Understanding of GA4, GTM, pixels/Conversions API, and UTM discipline.
Knowledge in Microsoft Suite in using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, live-streams, videography or photography, or editing software is advantageous.
Ability to speak, write and communicate fluently in both English and Chinese is required.
