Job Description

1. Strategic Planning

Develop the overall marketing strategy and annual marketing plan for the Catering Department, clarifying target markets, customer positioning, and brand strategy.

Integrate catering industry trends, consumer habits, and competitor profiles to propose differentiated marketing strategies.

Develop and manage the Catering Department's annual marketing budget to ensure maximum return on investment.

2. Branding and Promotion

Responsible for brand positioning and image development for the Catering Department, enhancing the market visibility and reputation of the Catering Division.

Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities (such as holiday promotions, themed events, food festivals, and cross-industry collaborations).

Coordinate various promotional channels, including social media operations, KOL partnerships, advertising, and public relations activities.

Guide the design, copywriting, and development of promotional materials to ensure alignment with brand positioning.

3. Sales and Customer Relationships

Develop and implement the Catering Department's sales strategy, leading the team to achieve revenue targets.

Develop and maintain key accounts (such as corporate clients, wedding/banquet clients, and associations).

Promote membership programs and customer loyalty programs to increase repeat purchase rates.

Collaborate with online travel agencies, food review platforms, and food delivery platforms to enhance exposure and conversions.

IV. Market Analysis and Data Management

Regularly collect and analyze restaurant industry news, market trends, customer feedback, and competitor information.

Establish and maintain a marketing data analysis system to monitor campaign effectiveness and ROI, and adjust strategies promptly.

Produce market reports to provide decision-making support to the Food and Beverage Department and company management.

V. Cross-Departmental Collaboration

Work closely with the food and beverage operations and culinary teams to develop special menus, holiday packages, and themed dining events.

Coordinate collaboration with the hotel's marketing, public relations, finance, and banquet departments.

Organize training to enhance the sales and service teams market acumen and promotional skills.

VI. Team Management

Responsible for the development, training, and performance management of the restaurant marketing team.

Motivate and guide team members to achieve departmental KPIs.

Establish an efficient communication and execution mechanism.
