Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and own the global marketing strategy, driving alignment with commercial goals and regional priorities.
- Champion the brand, ensuring consistency, clarity, and resonance across all channels and markets.
- Lead competitor analysis and market intelligence to position the company as a category leader.
Brand & Communications
- Define and execute brand development initiatives that elevate global presence and reputation.
- Oversee external communications, including PR, thought leadership, events, and media relations.
- Craft compelling messaging and storytelling that differentiates the company in the market.
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Build and execute demand generation campaigns through digital, social, and performance marketing channels.
- Manage SEO/SEM, marketing automation, and analytics to drive measurable ROI and pipeline contribution.
Go-to-Market & Product Marketing
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Channel teams to launch new products and innovations effectively.
- Own positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and market activation for product launches.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, nurturing creativity and accountability.
- Collaborate closely with regional teams (e.g., EMEA, APAC, NAM) to tailor and execute localized strategies.
- Manage agency partners and vendor relationships to deliver impactful results efficiently.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of marketing leadership experience in B2B technology or robotics sectors (cleaning, automation, or FM a plus).
- Proven success building global brands and leading integrated marketing strategies.
- Deep expertise in brand marketing, digital strategy, and demand generation.
