Job Description & Requirements
Job Summary
Develop new customers and expand existing business to achieve sales and profit targets through strategic customer engagement and solution delivery.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers to drive sales growth and meet profit objectives
- Cultivate and expand relationships with existing customers to increase business opportunities
- Deliver technical sales support by analyzing customer needs and providing tailored solutions and proposals
- Prepare and submit accurate quotations and proposals aligned with customer requirements and company standards
- Inspect and assess site conditions to ensure feasibility and compliance with customer specifications
- Ensure all sales activities and solutions conform to relevant regulatory standards and industry requirements
- Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to engage diverse customer bases and internal teams
- Manage customer interactions independently, demonstrating resourcefulness and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Utilize a valid Class 3 driving licence to travel to customer sites and conduct inspections as required
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Mechanical, Precision Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of sales and service experience in semiconductor, precision engineering, marine, oil, automation, equipment, or spare parts industries
- Valid Class 3 driving licence
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in spoken English and Mandarin
