What you'll do
• Brand Strategy & Narrative & Growth Marketing: Define and evolve the global brand strategy as we transition from a web3 wallet to an everyday finance app. Craft a clear, differentiated brand narrative aligned to our vision and growth goals.
• Creative & Execution: oversee brand identity and creative direction across all touchpoints. Provide clear brand guidelines and enforce quality control and consistent narrative tone. Lead brand campaigns, launches and major brand moments.
• Content, Social & Cultural Relevance: Set the content and social strategy to make the brand culturally relevant to both crypto and non-crypto audiences.
• Channel Activations: Own global brand and marketing activations across priority markets via various channels, ensuring consistent execution and local relevance.
• Thought Leadership: Develop POV-driven thought leadership around onchain finance, payments, and the future of money. Build a strong B2B brand amongst partners.
• Comms & Reputation: Own brand communications, messaging, and external narrative. Shape how we show up in media, podcasts and public conferences.
• Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team that covers across content, social media, community, PR, events, and SEO.
What you'll need
• 8+ years in brand and growth marketing, with leadership experience
• Fluent in English and Chinese, with strong global communication and leadership skills.
• Background in crypto, fintech, payments, consumer tech, or platforms strongly preferred
• Proven experience scaling a brand through a major transformation into a global brand
• Strong strategic thinker with excellent storytelling instincts
• Experienced in youtube marketing and other social media channels like Instagram and Tiktok.
• Taste. You know what good looks like — and you fight for it
• Demonstrated creativity in creating large scale brand initiatives, memorable brand/marketing campaigns, innovative marketing events and third-party promotion strategies
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and experience managing complex, cross-regional teams
