Job Description

As part of its growth journey, a leading organization in the digital assets space is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead its global branding and marketing efforts.

The Marketing Director will craft and amplify the brand's voice, developing high impact brand positioning that resonates across global markets. Reporting to the CEO, you will take ownership of branding at the most strategic level, crafting a solid brand narrative that resonates and developing a far reaching brand narrative. You will lead a high performance team in developing and executing marketing campaigns, ensuring coherence and consistency across markets, supporting product launches and other major sales and commercial initiatives.

This is a key leadership hire, where you will take the lead in strategic key initiatives organization wide.

The ideal candidate:

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with proven track records in a senior leadership role
  • End to end marketing expertise, with core competencies in branding and go-to-market strategy
  • Experience in fintech, digital assets, software and other fast paced, cutting edge tech sectors will be highly advantageous
  • Highly strategic, with strong commercial acumen, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in Mandarin will be critical for this role, due to extensive engagement with Chinese stakeholders.
