We are a leading global innovation ecosystem looking for a Director of Marketing & Growth to architect our expansion into the enterprise deployment space. We are moving beyond generalist geographic marketing to a specialized, sector led demand model.

You will not just be running campaigns; you will be translating complex venture client value propositions into a compelling narrative that resonates with C-Suite buyers. Youwill help partner directly with our delivery leads to build authoritative market positions that drive high-value commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Strategy & Solution Design: Lead the transition from program support'to a B2B demand engine. You will design marketing strategies that function like SaaS go-to-market playbooks. Focused on pipeline velocity, SQLs, and win rates.
  • Dual-Sided Demand Gen: You are responsible for a Two-Sided Marketplace. While your primary strategic focus is Enterprise Revenue (B2B), you must oversee the always-on Call for Applications campaigns that fuel our Soft-Landing programs, ensuring high-quality startup volume without draining strategic bandwidth.
  • CxO-Level Narrative & Thought Leadership: Own the voice of the region. You must be capable of writing and speaking at a CxO level, translating technical sector expertise into business impact stories that open doors with enterprise decision-makers.
  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a commercial peer to our country and sector delivery leads. You will ensure marketing is not a downstream service, but an upstream strategic partner in defining how we win in markets like Japan, Korea, and SEA.
  • Org Transformation: Lead the shift away from fragmented single country marketing heads toward a centralized Demand Pod model, ensuring resources are deployed against high-growth sectors rather than administrative geography.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 8+ years in B2B Marketing, Strategy, or Growth roles.
  • Hybrid Background (Preferred): We value candidates with prior stints in management consulting experience (exposure to solution design and transformation) OR B2B Enterprise SaaS leadership (proven ability to drive demand in complex, high-stakes markets).
  • Vertical Fluency: Ability to speak the language of sophistication. You don't need to be a scientist, but you must have the credibility to partner with deep vertical specialists and translate their work for sophisticated buyers.
  • Communication: Exceptional command of written and spoken English in a business context. You can draft a whitepaper or pitch a narrative to a Board of Directors without support.
  • Good team player and always willing to help the team when required
