We are seeking an experienced
Marketing Data Manager to join our team and drive the growth of a trusted, privacy-first data foundation across APAC. This role involves managing large-scale data daily, ensuring governance, and enabling effective activation for marketing initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Own and drive the APAC Marketing Data Strategy, roadmap, and rollout plan.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, Legal/Privacy, and Product teams.
- Oversee data governance, privacy compliance, and risk management across markets.
- Manage segmentation, data frameworks, validation, and media data integration (GA, Conversion API, etc.).
- Partner with Global MarTech, Measurement, and Media Activation teams to supply compliant, high-quality data.
- Develop enablement playbooks, training, and best practices for market teams.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years experience in data management, analytics, or a similar role, preferably in a regional/global environment.
- Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, and APAC equivalents).
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (e.g., Tealium) and familiarity with media channels (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics for audience creation and insights.
- Proven project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
