Morgan McKinley is hiring for a Marketing Data Analytics Manager for a 12-month contract assignment with a possibility to extend or to go perm!
Responsibilities
- Extract and integrate data from various marketing and sales systems such as Marketo, Salesforce, and internal databases using SQL queries and other data extraction tools.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards to track KPIs, measure marketing impact, and enable self-service analytics for stakeholders.
- Conduct ad-hoc and in-depth analyses to uncover trends, identify opportunities and challenges, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize marketing performance.
- Develop insights and hypotheses based on multiple data sources (quantitative and qualitative) to offer a comprehensive view of market opportunities and customer challenges.
- Manage quarterly measurement operations, create performance reports, and craft clear narratives for presenting business and marketing updates to stakeholders.
- Lead operational excellence and project management efforts, including testing marketing AI tools, managing cross-functional projects, defining project scopes, and coordinating initiatives, while proactively resolving conflicts and managing stakeholder expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related role within the B2B ad tech, SaaS, AdTech, or E-Commerce industry.
- Proficiency in SQL, Google Scripts, Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and Looker/Looker Studio for data analysis and visualization.
- Preferred experience in experimenting with AI tools relevant to B2B marketing, along with experience in communication with leadership.
- Proven track record of creating dashboards, conducting deep-dive analyses, and presenting data-driven insights to senior stakeholders.
