Job Description

Closio Catalyst is looking for a motivated and outgoing Marketing & Customer Engagement Trainee to join our team. This role provides hands-on experience in marketing, customer engagement, sales, and campaign execution.

As a Marketing & Customer Engagement Trainee, you will:

• Understand customer needs and provide suitable information.
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and roadshows.
• Assist with customer acquisition and sales activities.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights.
• Work with the team to achieve campaign and sales goals.
• Maintain a professional and positive image when representing client brands.
• Attend training and coaching sessions to develop marketing, sales, and communication skills.
