Marketing Cum Property Executive

Job Description

. Assist in all marketing and property-related matters.

. Support sales and marketing activities to ensure smooth operations.

. Coordinate with internal teams, customers, agents, vendors, and external parties.

. Assist with marketing materials, property information, events, and promotions.

. Provide general administrative and coordination support.

. Assist management in various business and operational matters.

. Handle general administrative duties

. Handle ad-hoc duties and projects as required by management.

Requirements

. Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Property/Real Estate or a related field.

. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in property, real estate, marketing or administration.

. Experience in the property development industry will be an advantage.

. Strong organizational and administrative skills with good attention to detail.

. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel& PowerPoint).

. Knowledge of property portals, digital marketing or social media platforms is an advantage.

. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

. Proactive, responsible and a good team player.

. Good command of written and spoken English.
