We are looking for a Marketing cum HR Executive to support day-to-day brand marketing and internal team operations. This person will play a key role in helping the company grow externally through campaigns and content, while also supporting recruitment, staff coordination, and HR administration internally.
You will work closely with the founder and team to ensure both branding and people processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across social media and digital platforms
- Doing content creation, including captions, simple briefs, shoot planning, and posting schedules
- Support brand collaborations, pop-ups, events, and promotional activations
- Monitor social media performance and prepare simple reports and insights
- Help maintain brand consistency across online and offline touchpoints
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, vendors, or partners when needed
HR and Admin
- Assist with recruitment, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Help manage staff records, leave tracking, attendance, and basic HR documentation
- Coordinate internal communications and staff scheduling where needed
- Support workplace policies, SOP documentation, and general team administration
- Assist with staff engagement initiatives and maintaining a positive team culture
Requirements
- Diploma in Marketing, Business, Human Resource, Communications, or related field
- 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience preferred
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and hands-on environment
- Able to multitask across both creative and administrative responsibilities
- Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or people admin is a plus (Training will be provided)
- Experience in F&B, retail, or SME environment is a bonus
