The Marketing & Corporate Communications Executive plays a key role in strengthening the school's brand presence, supporting admissions initiatives, and managing digital communication platforms. This job position involves cross-department collaboration, digital content creation, event marketing, and data-driven optimisation of both marketing and AI-driven tools.
Key Responsibilities
Update school's website (both English and Chinese sites) and assist with troubleshooting.
Manage and update the school's social media channels.
Create content, including but not limited to, editorial write-up, poster design, video creation, and event publicity materials.
Conceptualize creative ideas and artwork for marketing advertisements.
Plan and provide full marketing support for school events (both online and on-campus).
Support photography and videography needs during events.
Safeguard proper usage of school logos, visual identity, and branding guidelines.
Manage the distribution and inventory of corporate gifts.
Minimum Requirements
Good verbal and written communication skills (in both English and Chinese).
Skilled in digital marketing, social media, and basic design/video tools, such as Canva.
Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop will be an advantage,
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Knowledge of WordPress Elementor is preferred although not a must.
Possess creative content ideas and be able to think out of the box.
Cheerful disposition with a positive working attitude.
Detail-oriented, proactive, highly organized, resourceful and able to manage multiple tasks.
