Marketing Collaterals Development

  • Support the creation of marketing materials to promote Boys Town's programmes, services, and impact.

  • Contribute to content writing, storytelling, and basic design work to effectively communicate impact to key stakeholders including donors, partners, volunteers, and the community.

  • Ensure marketing materials adhere to organisational guidelines and marketing ethics, especially when working with content related to children and youth.

  • Gain exposure to crafting communications that highlight impact stories and outcomes within the social service sector.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Assist in managing and growing Boys Town's social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) with meaningful and purposeful content.

  • Plan and create content for social media campaigns to build brand awareness and create engaging content to promote programmes, services, events, and impact stories.

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and contribute insights for continuous improvement.

  • Develop understanding of digital marketing tools and how online platforms drive outreach and engagement.

Event Support & Management

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events (e.g. community events, outreach programmes).

  • Support preparation of event collaterals, logistics coordination, and event publicity.

  • Assist with on-site event operations such as set-up, registration, and coordination.

  • Support post-event evaluation and documentation.

  • Gain hands-on experience in event planning and stakeholder engagement within the social service sector.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related fields.

  • Strong interest in impact communications, digital marketing, storytelling, and the social service sector.

  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear, compelling, and audience-focused content.

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g. Canva) is an advantage.

  • Prior experience in managing social media accounts or marketing campaigns is a plus.

  • Creative thinker with strong initiative, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Meticulous, adaptable, and willing to learn new things.
