Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Coordinator to assist in executing marketing and communication initiatives across the Malaysia and Singapore markets. This role will support marketing campaigns, maintain brand consistency, and coordinate eCommerce activities to enhance the Company's visibility and engagement with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and corporate communications across Malaysia and Singapore.
- Support the creation of marketing materials and digital content, and coordinate the Company's online presence, including website updates, social media, email communications, and eCommerce platforms.
- Monitor and report on marketing activities, campaign performance, and market trends for management review.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for conferences, seminars, and corporate events.
- Maintain and update marketing databases, mailing lists, and contact management systems.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and manage related budgets, invoices, and documentation.
- In charge in eCommerce operations, including product listings, online promotions, and performance tracking.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks and administrative support as assigned by management.
Job requirements
- Diploma in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in marketing or similar roles.
- Experience in eCommerce marketing or operations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and a strong team player.
- Proficiency in MS Office experience with Canva/Adobe Suite and marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Ads) is a plus.
