About Us
We are a leading Coldroom Specialist company in Singapore, providing design, installation, and maintenance of industrial refrigeration systems. As we grow, we are looking for a creative and driven Marketing & Content Creator to lead our marketing initiatives and grow our digital presence.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the company's overall marketing strategy and campaigns
- Create and post engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms
- Produce viral-worthy short-form video content to build brand awareness and attract leads
- Take professional photography of our projects, coldroom installations, and team activities
- Manage social media accounts (content calendar, captions, hashtags, analytics, community engagement)
- Develop brand voice and storytelling to highlight our expertise and reputation in the coldroom industry
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing consistency
- Stay updated with digital trends, especially TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other emerging platforms
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation (fresh grads with strong portfolios welcome)
- Proficiency in video creation/editing tools such as CapCut, TikTok/Reels editors and basic photography
- Creative mindset with the ability to turn technical/industrial work into engaging content
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content trends
- Independent, resourceful, and results-driven
- Basic design/editing skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar) will be an advantage
