Role Overview
The Content Creator will be responsible for producing engaging, creative, and brand-aligned content across digital platforms. This includes video production, social media campaigns, graphics, and written content to strengthen brand presence, drive engagement, and support marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and produce interesting and engaging video content for digital platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Develop creative, viral-worthy content ideas that align with brand identity
- Assist with live-streaming sessions (Facebook Live, IGTV, etc.) - experience preferred
- Conceptualise and produce special effects and creative content using TikTok or other video apps
- Design and develop basic posters, infographics, and photos for campaigns and social media
- Craft creative captions and copy for photos, postings, and online campaigns
- Respond to customer enquiries and feedback on social media platforms
- Track, monitor, and analyse content performance to provide insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to support campaigns
- Handle ad-hoc creative projects and assignments as required
Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduates or students majoring in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields will be given priority
- Passionate about the beauty/retail industry
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Good administrative and IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Creative, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat or TikTok/CapCut apps) will be an added advantage
- Internet savvy with strong research and digital skills
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Excellent team player with integrity and accountability
