Strategic Communications

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans aligned with corporate goals and brand positioning.
  • Translate complex technical product information into compelling, accessible messaging for target audiences (architects, contractors, distributors, and end users).
  • Support the launch of new products and services with coordinated campaigns across digital, print, PR, and event channels.

Content & Campaigns

  • Create and manage engaging content for websites, brochures, newsletters, and social media.
  • Oversee production of marketing collateral, including case studies, white papers, and video content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality creative assets.
  • Optimize content for SEO and digital performance metrics.

Media & PR

  • Manage relationships with trade publications, industry associations, and media partners.
  • Draft press releases, media kits, and feature articles highlighting brand and product innovations.
  • Support crisis communication and brand reputation management when required.

Events & Partnerships

  • Coordinate participation in trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Develop promotional materials and ensure consistent brand messaging across all event touchpoints.
  • Support local marketing initiatives with distributors and strategic partners.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance, media engagement, and ROI metrics.
  • Use insights to refine messaging and strategy across channels.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 35 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in building materials, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into persuasive messaging.
  • Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and CMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
  • Excellent project management, organization, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.
