Marketing & Communications Manager - Southeast Asia
As Chaumet continues its strategic growth in Southeast Asia, this role is instrumental in reinforcing the Maisons brand equity and deepening relationships with high-value clientele.
The Regional Marketing & Communications Manager will lead the development and execution of regional marketing strategies, PR initiatives, boutique activations, and exceptional client experiences. With a focus on elevating Chaumets visibility and prestige, this role also plays a critical part in engaging clients through curated, high-touch moments that reflect the Maisons heritage and craftsmanship.
Working closely with the Retail Director, retail teams, regional team and external partners, this individual will serve as the brands key marketing voice in the region, ensuring that every activation, event, and communication is locally resonant, emotionally compelling, and globally aligned.
Job Responsibilities
Brand Marketing & Communications
- Localize and implement global marketing strategies to build awareness and desirability across key Southeast Asian markets.
- Lead regional media planning, public relations, influencer outreach, and content adaptation in collaboration with regional team and appointed agencies.
- Safeguard Chaumets brand image by ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and communications.
Boutique & Market Activation
- Plan and deliver boutique animations and in-store activations that bring the brand to life and enhance the client experience.
- Collaborate with retail and training teams to ensure flawless execution and alignment with brand narratives.
- Monitor luxury market trends and competitors to inform activation strategies and campaign planning.
Client Engagement & Experience
- Design and execute exclusive client experiences, private events, and activations tailored for clients.
- Partner with Retail to create personalized engagement journeys, nurturing long-term client relationships and loyalty.
- Identify and leverage storytelling opportunities that connect clients to Chaumets heritage, savoir-faire, and artistry.
Strategic Partnerships & Collaboration
- Develop co-branding and partnership opportunities with cultural, luxury, or artistic institutions aligned with the Maisons values.
- Act as the regional bridge between HQ, local markets, and external vendors to ensure timely, effective implementation.
- Contribute to Maison-wide initiatives and regional synergy by sharing market intelligence and client insights.
Budget & Performance Management
- Develop and manage the regional marketing and event budget with a focus on brand impact and measurable ROI.
- Track KPIs and campaign results, providing analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and brand governance policies.
Profile
Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, communications, or client engagement within the luxury industrypreferably jewelry, watches, or fashion. Strong track record in brand-building, PR, and the execution of high-end events and activations. Proven experience working across Southeast Asia, with a clear understanding of local luxury consumer behaviors and cultural nuances. Strategic mindset with the ability to execute hands-on across diverse markets. Deep understanding of luxury clientele, emotional branding, and storytelling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging clients and senior stakeholders. High aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail, aligned with Chaumets refined brand universe.
