Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Brand Leadership

  • Develop and execute integrated digital and offline marketing strategies aligned with Marriott brand standards

  • Provide strategic counsel to hotel leadership on brand positioning and marketing initiatives

  • Champion the hotel's brand identity across all touchpoints

Digital Marketing & Performance

  • Partner with relevant teams to optimize website content, paid media, and digital campaigns

  • Manage SEO/SEM, display advertising, and paid digital programs with data-driven ROI analysis

  • Oversee Local Content Builder (LSB) strategy for content relevance and digital discoverability

  • Leverage AI-powered tools for content creation, audience insights, and campaign optimization while maintaining brand quality

Social Media & Content Strategy

  • Lead social media marketing across all official platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement growth

  • Direct content creation and storytelling across digital and offline channels (website, social media, EDMs, collateral)

  • Develop strategic content management frameworks

Public Relations & Partnerships

  • Execute public relations strategies as primary media representative

  • Cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders

  • Coordinate media familiarization programs and brand activations

  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships

Communications & Marketing Operations

  • Oversee advertising strategy, media planning, and budget execution

  • Ensure brand compliance across all collateral, photoshoots, and assets

  • Manage external agencies and vendors for creative and production support

  • Monitor online reputation and manage guest review responses

Leadership & Budget Management

  • Control marketing budget with performance tracking against KPIs
  • Lead and develop the marketing communications team
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing and communications experience, preferably within hospitality, lifestyle or service-oriented industries, with prior people management experience.

  • Strong understanding of hotel branding, digital marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, advertising and public relations.

  • Proven experience or strong interest in applying AI and digital tools to enhance marketing effectiveness, insights and operational efficiency.

  • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns in a fast-paced hotel environment while meeting deadlines and commercial objectives.

  • Experience working with global brand standards and corporate stakeholders will be an advantage.
