Job Description

We are looking for Marketing candidates to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Job Description

  • The successful candidate will take a leading role in the creation and organisation of new business activities, including pitching for projects and events organisation.
  • Working closely with the Business Development, Design and Project teams, the creativity in you will need to bring to life the understanding and concept of projects and translate it into storytelling.
  • Develop a PR & Marketing Strategy plan including but not limited to creating and writing content for Press Releases, the company's website and its various communication channels and platforms (EDMs, blogs, white papers, etc).
  • Develop a growth Marketing plan, accounting for the entire customer's journey.
  • Lead and manage internal and external marketing and communications flow (memos, brand consistency, newsletters etc).
  • Manage media inquiries and arrange press interviews, statements etc.
  • Manage, submit, and monitor industry Award submissions.
  • Updating the intranet, website and photography archive and ensuring marketing materials are up to date.
  • Collaborate with like-minded brand partners/vendors to increase brand awareness and organise curated events.
  • Keeping abreast with digital technology and interior design and office workspace concepts.
  • Lead, coach and manage the Marketing team.

Requirements and Personal Attributes

  • Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism or any related field.
  • Experience in content writing, storytelling, PR/media management, digital marketing, social media, and corporate communications experience in architecture or design domain favourable.
  • Candidates with minimum 5 years of marketing experience will be considered for Manager position while candidates with minimum 8 years of experience will be considered for Associate Director position.
  • Outstanding written, communication, presentation speech writing and editing skills.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, in both the visual and written form.
  • Ability to think creatively, see the big picture and connect the dots.
  • Ability to work independently yet effectively across departments supporting the company's collaborative culture.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently to all levels of seniority.
  • Disciplined time management, yet with flexibility in relation to deadlines.
  • Must be able to keep calm under pressure and remain organised with methodical planning.
  • Possesses a positive, can-do attitude that can balance creative work alongside administrative tasks.
  • Experience in projects/bids submission an added advantage.
