Marketing & Communications Intern

Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Intern to support our HQ Branding and Marketing department. You'll assist with content preparation, research, and coordination across events, campaigns, and PR activities. It offers hands-on exposure to B2B communications, media engagement, and strategic marketing ideal for someone looking to build experience in a dynamic AI and tech environment.

Job Description

- Assist in the preparation of strategic materials such as strategic marketing content, internal briefs, announcements, and more

- Help track and manage our communications and PR calendar

- Conduct basic research on media opportunities, event topics, or speaker angles

- Track and summarize media mentions and help update media lists

- Help coordinate and support outreach and materials for marketing campaigns

- Provide general support across marketing and PR projects as needed

- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and PR agencies and partners

What We're Looking For

- Strong communicator; excellent written English, with a clear, concise style

- Interest in AI, tech, and communications

- Comfortable with collaborative startup environments

- Bonus: experience in PR/communications and event marketing
