This is a 6-months contract role.
We are looking for a suitable candidate to support a full scale loyalty programme which includes the management of membership acquisition, cross partnerships, integrated membership marketing, data analysis and budget tracking.
The candidate will:
- Support all end-to-end marketing activations with the objectives of driving acquisition, loyalty, engagement and spend.
- Manage overall rewards catalogue, including but not limited to uploading and tracking of rewards and deals, their validity, management of all corresponding publicity assets, and coordination with stakeholders
- Support all marketing automation functions such as setup, deployment and subsequent monitoring of all loyalty marketing campaigns
- Responsible for the preparation of weekly and monthly tracking reports based on pre-determined filters
- Daily monitoring of the loyalty programme enquiries channels, and act as the point of contact to ensure prompt and effective response and resolution
- Submit and track purchase orders and invoices
- Daily liaison with vendor(s) to support any system fixes and/or user troubleshooting, where required
- Conceptualise and liaise with respective agencies to produce campaign collaterals and media buy
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent, with a minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in supporting full-scale loyalty programme(s)
- A track record of securing and managing an affiliate partnership network
- Possess detailed knowledge of integrated marketing disciplines
- Articulate, with strong communication skills to converse with stakeholders across different levels
- Positive disposition, ability to drive projects and campaigns, and a can-do attitude
- Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills to leverage knowledge potential across teams and develop synergies
- Experience in basic copywriting and designing of marketing collaterals
- Basic proficiency in Photoshop, illustrator and Canva
- Experience in data analysis and deep learning
