JOB PURPOSE
The Marketing & Corporate Communications Executive is responsible for planning and executing all marketing and corporate communications activities under the guidance of the management. The Executive creates and produces emails, direct mails, brochures, newsletters, and other publications to improve branding, communicate and generate sales leads.
CORE ROLES AND CRITICAL WORK FUNCTIONS
- Managing the digital communications function including copywriting, editing website and producing social media content
- Work with relevant departments to timely produce photos and videos of projects, sites, events and people for the purpose of marketing and corporate communications
- Conceptualize, copywrite and produce multimedia and presentation materials including online content, marketing videos, brochures, e-DM (Electronic Direct Mail), presentation slides, infographics etc.
- Plan, execute and manage multiple SEM and Social Media campaigns
- Develop and execute acquisition strategies to drive website traffic and generate leads
- Assist in the organization of company events and networking activities
- Manage service providers of digital services to ensure that they provide the products and services according to specifications
- Perform other duties on marketing and corporate communications
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- At least a Diploma/Degree in Communications or Marketing
- Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience will have an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop, photo and video editing software, social media platforms and website development
