Role Purpose(s)
At CrimsonLogic, we believe that great stories build great companies. As part of our Group Marketing & Communications team, you'll play a key role in shaping how the world sees us from telling compelling stories about our impact in digital trade and supply chain innovation, to amplifying our brand across global markets.
This role blends PR & Communications with Marketing support, giving you the opportunity to manage media engagement, build thought leadership, craft narratives, and bring our brand to life through campaigns and events. You will report to the Senior Marketing Communications Manager.

Key Accountabilities
- Drive PR and communications strategies that strengthen CrimsonLogic's reputation globally.
- Support the Senior Communications Manager in executing Group-level media, PR, and corporate communication plans.
- Ensure consistent, impactful storytelling across earned, owned, and shared channels.
- Collaborate across functions (Delivery, Tech, Product, Corporate) to surface and amplify success stories.
- Provide marketing support in brand campaigns, content development, and event execution.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
PR & Communications
- Draft press releases, media statements, speeches, Q&As, and thought leadership articles.
- Manage relationships with journalists, editors, and media partners across key markets.
- Support crisis communications and reputation management when required.
- Curate and manage content for corporate channels (website, LinkedIn, newsletters).
- Amplify executive visibility through speaking engagements, interviews, and bylines.
- Track, measure, and report on PR and communication outcomes.
- Prepare briefs and vet press releases + articles and bylines in Chinese for our North East Asia business in China
Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns, webinars, and industry events.
- Develop marketing collateral (brochures, case studies, presentations, videos) aligned with brand guidelines.
- Work with design, digital, and product marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Support internal communications campaigns to strengthen employee engagement.
- Conduct market and competitor scans to inform communications strategies.

Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or any other relevant field
Working Experience Requirements
- 24 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or marketing (agency or in-house).
- Experience in managing media outreach, drafting communication materials, and coordinating marketing campaigns.
- Exposure to B2B, technology, or government-related industries is a plus.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Skills Required
- Strong communicator exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- PR savvy ability to craft compelling narratives and pitch stories effectively.
- Digital-first mindset comfortable with social media, analytics, and content amplification.
- Creative & proactive able to ideate fresh approaches to engage audiences.
- Collaborative team player able to work seamlessly with marketing, business units, and leadership.
- Detail-oriented & organized excellent project management skills.
- Design/creative tools knowledge (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and written Chinese is required to prepare briefs and vet press releases + articles and bylines in Chinese for our North East Asia business in China
