Job Title: Marketing & Communications Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Marketing & Communications Executive to support events, manage collateral, and coordinate projects with internal and external stakeholders. This role involves planning, executing, and tracking marketing initiatives for timely, high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support industry engagement events, including conferences, launches, and Bi-annual Technical Meetings (BTM).
• Assist business units in developing communication materials such as brochures, websites, presentations, and posters.
• Manage external vendors for events, collateral production, video content, and corporate gifts.
• Plan, create, and manage content across multiple channels, including eNewsletters, videos, and social media.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align timelines, deliverables, and messaging for campaigns and events.
• Oversee project planning, maintain calendars, task trackers, and workback schedules for smooth execution.
• Provide project management support, including meeting coordination, progress tracking, and proactive follow-ups with stakeholders and vendors.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Highly motivated and proactive self-starter with strong project management skills, including multitasking, budgeting, and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities, with the ability to collaborate across teams and adapt to changes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, capable of managing stakeholder expectations and driving tasks to completion.

Salary Range: S$3,800 - S$4,500
