Role Overview
AECES is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing / Communications Executive to strengthen organisational brand awareness, manage communications channels, and support the promotion and coordination of AECES programmes and initiatives. The role requires a balance of strategic communication, content creation, and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and enhance AECES brand awareness and positioning across digital and print platforms.
- Plan, create, and manage content for social media channels, website, and eDMs.
- Coordinate publicity and communications for programmes, events, and initiatives.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely dissemination of information.
- Support basic programme coordination tasks, including communications with participants and stakeholders.
- Track engagement metrics and support simple reporting on communications outcomes.
Required Skill Sets
- Experience in marketing, communications, or digital media, preferably in education, non-profit, or community-based organisations.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content management tools.
- Good organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office experience with design or social media tools is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
