ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to strengthen brand awareness, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement.
- Create and manage content across digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, events, and newsletters etc.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Support media relations by preparing press releases, engaging with media contacts, and monitoring publicity coverage.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and visuals across all materials.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Track, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing and communication initiatives.
- Assist in the design and production of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and videos.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Positive, proactive, and cheerful attitude self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently while adhering to deadlines.
- Proficient in reviewing content for the Chinese market.
- Organised, systematic, and detail-oriented
