Department: Regional Marketing & Communications

Report to: MarCom Manager

Functional Relationships with: Work together with Strategic Planning, Application Marketing, Sales, Product, IT teams to gather and evaluate huge data and information to identify potential business opportunities.

POSITION PROFILE:

Based in: Singapore

The successful candidate will: We're looking for a versatile and data-driven Marketing Communication Analyst to join our regional team in Singapore. This role blends creative communication with data analysis to improve marketing campaigns and engagement. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling communications and using data insights to optimize marketing strategies.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop, coordinate, and execute marketing communication campaigns tailored to audiences across the region.
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources (e.g., email, digital platforms, CRM, events, sales) to measure campaign performance and engagement metrics.
  • Create reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights to marketing and sales teams.
  • Analyze customer and prospect data to support audience segmentation and improve personalization of marketing communications.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Assist in provide data-driven input for content creation, including formats, topics, and channels.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and automate marketing processes using data insights.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of marketing data across platforms, maintaining compliance with data privacy standards.

Ability / Competency Required:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing communications with a focus on data analysis (B2B preferred).
  • Skilled in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data and visualization tools.
  • Familiar with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to turn data into marketing actions.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and good at problem solving.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and work well in a team.
