Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage the social media content calendar across key platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
- Actively monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a highly engaged online community.
- Assist in planning and rolling out digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and promotional goals.
- Track key social media metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) using native platform tools or third-party software and generate monthly performance reports.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and digital communication strategies to keep the brand relevant.
- Ensure all external communications adhere to the company's brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Assist the broader marketing team with event coordination, vendor management, and general marketing administrative tasks as needed.
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience in social media management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing Able to work well in a team
- Able to start work immediately / within short notice is a plus
