Job Summary
Lead and execute public relations, advertising, and marketing communications across media platforms. Develop campaigns, support sales events, generate leads, and monitor marketing effectiveness to drive brand growth and client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage public relations, advertising, and marketing communications across all media platforms and sites to enhance brand visibility
- Develop brand and product campaigns, including event planning and presentations to engage target audiences
- Create campaign proposals, marketing content, and coordinate internal and external event itineraries to support business objectives
- Collaborate with the Sales team to plan and execute events from start to finish, aligning with requirements and target audiences
- Identify and reach out to new leads or business sources to expand market opportunities
- Serve as the primary client contact, delivering professional and friendly service to maintain strong relationships
- Monitor and evaluate marketing performance, recording findings to improve future campaigns
- Train Sales Team on product awareness and align marketing strategies to ensure consistent messaging
- Ensure all marketing collateral complies with brand guidelines for cohesive brand representation
- Apply photography and videography skills to support marketing content creation
- Manage budgets with sensitivity to optimize marketing spend
- Organize and plan marketing activities efficiently to meet deadlines and event schedules
- Demonstrate initiative, meticulousness, and flexibility in responding to dynamic marketing and event needs
- Work effectively under pressure and meet short deadlines, including availability outside regular hours during events
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, or related fields
- Familiarity with MS Office and social media channels to support marketing activities
- Flair for writing and design to produce engaging marketing materials
- Proficiency in web design, graphic design, photography, and videography to enhance campaign quality
- Possession of a Class 3 driving license and own vehicle is advantageous but not essential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey marketing messages clearly
- Good aesthetic judgment to maintain brand appeal
- Ability to work well as a team player or leader in collaborative environments
- Resourcefulness and responsiveness in dealing with people and marketing challenges
