Job Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor the progress of marketing projects across our clinics in Singapore, Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Kuala Lumpur.
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing communications strategiesonline (web, email, social media) and offline (print, events)
Manage and grow social media presenceposting, engagement, listening to brand mentions, and tracking competitor activity
Utilize systematic approaches and tools to track project performance and KPIs.
Analyze project data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Leverage IT systems to optimize cost control, performance monitoring, and business continuity.
Utilize Generative AI tools to assist in creating mock-ups for websites, artwork, and marketing collaterals.
Demonstrate ability, or fast-learning capacity, to use webpage editors and image editing tools such as Canva and Photoshop to refine and edit AI-generated mock-ups.
Collaborate closely with HQ Directors, Doctors, and Clinic Managers to execute key operational initiatives.
Qualifications And Requirements
Background in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with creative tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or webpage editors is an advantage.
Hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
