Establish & retain good relationship with existing and new Clients through frequent phone calls, emails, etc.Prioritize (Segmentation and priority of Clients), estimating and quoting of customers Request for Quotation - in a timely manner
Follow-up on quotes & deal with the Clients thru phone calls, email replies.
Create Quotations and send to clients
Convert Sales leads into actual orders/docking/ship repairs.
Enquiries Tracking and Weekly Presentation
Undertaking ad-hoc projects.
Customer Visits when required
Participation in events such as networking dinners, exhibitions, etc.
