Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Campaign & Content Associate Manager to join our growing marketing team. This role will drive end-to-end digital marketing campaigns-from strategy and planning through execution, performance tracking, and optimization.
You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, generate leads, and deepen customer engagement. A key focus of this role is developing content strategies and leveraging AI-powered content creation tools to produce impactful, data-driven marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical-comfortable shaping content strategy, executing campaigns, and using insights to continuously improve performance.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Strategy
- Partner with internal stakeholders to plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Define campaign goals, target audiences, messaging frameworks, and KPIs.
- Develop and manage campaign timelines, workflows, and budgets to ensure timely and effective delivery
Campaign Execution & Management
- Manage multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, paid media, content marketing, and events.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. consultants, product marketing) and external agencies to produce on-brand campaign assets.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Manage multiple campaigns concurrently with strong attention to detail and prioritization.
- Allocate and manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics and marketing automation tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports covering engagement, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Translate data into actionable insights to optimize live campaigns and inform future strategies.
Digital Marketing & Optimization
- Execute and optimize campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Salesforce Pardot (MCAE).
- Conduct A/B testing on emails, ad creatives, landing pages, and other assets to improve effectiveness.
- Support SEO/SEM initiatives to enhance both organic and paid performance.
Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with business objectives, target audiences, and brand guidelines.
- Plan and manage an editorial calendar across digital channels.
- Create content using AI tools or oversee agencies in producing high-quality, visually engaging, and multimedia content.
- Plan and execute content distribution across owned, earned, and paid channels to maximize reach and engagement.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, consultants, and product marketing teams to align campaigns with lead-generation objectives and ensure smooth handoffs.
- Communicate campaign progress, results, and challenges to marketing leadership and key stakeholders.
- Act as a central liaison to ensure alignment and collaboration across departments.
