Job Description:
We are an AI-driven technology company preparing to launch a new AI product. We are looking for a hands-on Marketing & Business Development Manager to support product launch, digital marketing, user acquisition, partnership development and business growth.
This role is suitable for someone with experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, AdTech-related platforms and business development. The candidate should be comfortable working in a startup environment with broad and fast-moving responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to support product launch, brand awareness and user acquisition.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, paid ads, email marketing, content marketing and campaign reporting.
- Support performance marketing across platforms.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer insight gathering to support product positioning and campaign planning.
- Identify and follow up on business opportunities, including partnerships, lead generation, customer outreach and channel collaborations.
- Prepare marketing materials, campaign content, simple reports, business development updates and recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams to align marketing and business development activities with product and business goals.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, business development or advertising-related roles.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads or similar tools.
- Good understanding of paid media, customer acquisition, campaign optimisation, lead generation and basic marketing analytics.
- Strong interest in AdTech, AI tools, digital growth strategies and business development.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and adapt to a startup environment.
- Good communication skills, strong execution ability and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in product launch, SaaS products, AI products, education-related products, CRM tools, marketing automation, pitch materials or partnership-driven growth will be an advantage.
