Job Description

About the Role

This internship provides hands-on exposure to marketing strategy, business development, and client acquisition within a consultancy environment. You will learn the application of marketing frameworks, including customer acquisition funnels, audience segmentation, and performance tracking metrics. Through this internship, you will gain practical experience in understanding how businesses attract, engage, and retain customers.

You will also be supporting projects involving campaign execution, outreach initiatives, and business growth strategies, gaining practical experience in how businesses attract and engage customers.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns Execution

  • Support in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media and outreach channels

  • Assist in creating marketing content (e.g. EDMs, social media posts, event promotions) aligned with campaign objectives

  • Apply marketing frameworks such as Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning (STP) in campaign planning

  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using key marketing metrics (e.g. engagement rates, response trends)

Business Development

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify target audiences segments and industry trends

  • Support the evaluation of potential partnership and growth initiatives

  • Assist in preparing proposals and presentation materials

Events & Client Engagement

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing events and workshops engagement

  • Support event logistics and enhancing attendee engagement

  • Collect and analyse feedback to evaluate the event effectiveness as a marketing channel.

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Track and monitor campaign performance metrics across different channels

  • Analyse engagement data to identify patterns and areas for improvement.

  • Prepare structured reports and provide insights to optimise marketing strategies

Requirements

  • Undergraduate currently pursuing Business, Marketing or related discipline

  • Demonstrate strong interest in marketing, branding, and business development

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support collaboration and presentation of ideas

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive insights

  • Willingness to learn and apply academic concepts in a practical, project-based environment

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team under structured supervision

Duration: 10 Weeks

Working Arrangement: 10am - 6pm, Monday - Friday

Compensation

Monthly Allowance: $800/mth
