Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Intern will collaborate with the HR team to enhance talent acquisition processes and support DTL's global recruitment initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Source and engage potential candidates using social media platforms and university career portals to expand recruitment reach
- Maintain and grow DTL's talent pool and recruitment channels to support hiring needs
- Support the creation and distribution of recruitment marketing materials to attract qualified candidates
- Contribute to various HR projects to improve overall human resource functions

- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a relevant field or possessing relevant experience
- Demonstrate meticulousness, professionalism, and strong organizational skills
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills
