We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team to drive marketing initiatives, business development, and office event management.

Key Responsibilities

. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote property projects and services.

. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships.

. Plan and manage office events, client engagement activities, and promotional campaigns.

. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing and BD initiatives.

. Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals to support business growth.

Requirements

. Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

. Prior experience in marketing, business development, or event management is an advantage.

. Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
