Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management:Assist in planning, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.). Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Content Creation:Develop creative and engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, website content, blogs, social media posts, etc.
  • Market Research:Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and consumer preferences. Assist in identifying target audiences and helping the marketing team understand their needs and behavior.
  • Social Media Management:Help manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc. Plan, schedule, and publish content on social media and engage with followers.
  • Event Coordination:Support the organization of promotional events, trade shows, webinars, or conferences. Assist with event marketing, invitations, and follow-ups to ensure successful event outcomes.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:Track and analyze marketing performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, social media engagement). Prepare reports and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Email Marketing:Help design and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with the overall marketing strategy. Analyze email campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role (entry-level candidates may also be considered).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic graphic design skills (experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc. is a plus).
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Skills

  • Creativity and a passion for marketing.
  • Ability to think analytically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of current trends in digital marketing and social media.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress/Shopify.
  • Experience with online advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
