Secretlab is an international gaming chair brand seating over 3 million users worldwide, with our key markets in the United States, Europe and Singapore, where we are headquartered.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with hands-on experience with affiliate program execution to join our Global Affiliate Team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing Secretlab's organic presence globally by managing our global affiliate marketing program, forging strong relationships with existing and new partners as well as third-party vendors.
You will have the opportunity to build, manage and support high impact, consumer-facing marketing programs that are designed to drive key company KPIs. You will also be responsible for analysing and reporting the performance of these programs for the company's leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Support the Global Affiliate Marketing team. This includes (but not limited to) deliverables management, performance tracking & troubleshooting to ensure operational excellence of Secretlab's affiliate program.
- Develop and manage business relationships with key affiliates
- Identify new channels and opportunities to continuously grow our partner base
- Monitor and analyse affiliates performance reports
- Monitor brand presence and identify opportunities to improve Secretlab's brand position in the market
- Identify opportunities to drive process improvement by initiating and implementing systems/processes as needed
- Keep up to date with the latest trends, opportunities, and learnings in affiliate marketing strategies
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years experience in affiliate/KOL marketing is preferred.
- Ability to methodically process and present data in a clear and concise manner
- Meticulous and results-driven, with a strong sense of commercial awareness
- Comfortable initiating business conversations with different external stakeholders
- Proactive, disciplined, organised, and highly motivated self-starter with a problem-solving mindset
- Basic understanding of SEO and SEM
- Highly proficient in effective business writing
